All shipments are sent by Hellenic Post and are registered. The order will be sent to the address you enter at the checkout. Estimated delivery time is 5 -10 working days.  

We aim to provide 100% customer satisfaction. You have the right to return an item and get a full refund or exchange of it within 15 days from receiving the item. This will be under your the responsibility for the costs and liability transfer of the item. We are unable to take back products that have been used / damaged or lost.
However, if you receive a wrong or faulty product or for any other problem regarding your order, please contact Athena Design Workshop via email : kv@kvdesign.eu within the time limit as mentioned.
In case you get a refund through a third party payment provider (e.g. PayPal, credit card etc.) you may be charged with the commission of the specific third party provider, based on its terms of use and operation, for which our workshop bears no responsibility.
